Really interesting premise, but ended up being kind of mid. Every interesting character died or was never heard from again until we were just left with a very boring narrator. Ada should have been a side character to be honest. Her main role was to ask each character irritating questions at inappropriate times. I would have kicked her out eons ago just because she’s annoying.

Final conclusions, I felt like it was missing a larger theme or motivation for the character. If she resented that she lost her community due to being barren, why wouldn’t she stay with the burgeoning community at hole in the wall? Her ultimately staying in pagosa springs makes zero sense. I truly do not understand. What was the reason?!??
